How do you make sherbert powder?

i want the powder stuff not the ice cream or drink.also please no flavours just plain powder.How do you make sherbert powder?
1 teaspoon of citric acid


1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda


3 heaped dessert spoons of icing sugar


2 level dessert spoons of Jelly Crystals for the flavour (optional)

Scant teaspoon bicarbonate of soda


Scant teaspoon citric acid





Simply mix all the powders together thoroughly

1 kg salt


2 L milk
