Anyone tried omelet with baking powder added?

Sounds disgusting, but with a teaspoon of the powder added plus a few drops of vinegar at the whisking stage to activate, this produces a firm but fluffy omelet which doesn't collapse when cooling. Very tasty to.Anyone tried omelet with baking powder added?
I add flour to mine and it has the same results.Anyone tried omelet with baking powder added?
i once tried it a long time ago when i was younger. it is ok but the after taste is horrible, plus it need lots of salt to get the horrible after taste away.
