What the differance between bio washing powder and non bio?

...on an extreme monthly budget and have to buy value supermkt products! What the differance between bio washing powder and non bio?
non bio (short for non biological) is just like soap and stuff like that.

enzymes are the 'biological' ingredients in biological washing powders and detergents.

they are mainly protein-digesting enzymes (proteases) and fat-digesting enzymes (lipases)

because the enzymes attack animal and plant matter, they are ideal for removing stains like food or bloodWhat the differance between bio washing powder and non bio?
Biological detergents contain enzymes (biological catalysts) which 'digest' stains.

You can achieve cleaner clothes at a lower temperature (so it is good for the environment) but in some cases (like if they are not rinsed properly), they can cause skin problems.
Bio contains enzymes which help break down grease and food stains. They also wreck your skin if they are not rinsed out properly.
I have never noticed that bio powder was more expensive than non bio, well, in the UK anyway.
bio wont foam up
