You can use self-rising flour if that's what you have. If it's all-purpose flour, then you will need baking soda or powder.
It will absoultly not work....
They will be faltter than a pancake and taste pretty bad.
Run your azz to the store and get some.
It won't work because you won't have a leavening agent and the cookies will be like rocks!
