#of scoop(you going to mix) X caolories per scoop + #of cup of milk(u going to drink) X calories per cup = amount of calories u counsume
in some case u have to change the unit of cup/ scoop....sometimes they use tablespoon (protein powder)or ml (milk or juice...)
