Redecorating a small powder room, does anyone have any photos or ideas for paint color and accessories?

I am redecorating my powder room and not sure what color to use, it is off white right now, but i would like it to be elegant and warm..does anyone have any photos to share or ideas of how to decorate a small powder room?Redecorating a small powder room, does anyone have any photos or ideas for paint color and accessories?
Um yeah here are some great ideas

It is recommended to have at least one plant in the room, so please get one, preferably something that doesn't smell to strongly. It is one of the easiest places to care for one, because, duh! the fauset is like right there.

I would go with a bright green on the walls, kinda like this desk... http://www.westelm.com/media/WE/pf0/p_f0鈥?/a>

Add some fragrance with popurri, not candles. less of a hassal and mess.

use these to organize your items, can be found someplaces other than west elm.

A powder room sounds like so much fun to decorate. Look at lots of home decorating magazines and decide on a motif. You might like the Mediterranean look, victorian, art nouveau. I get ideas like this and then incorporate my personal style. A magazine like ';Fine Interiors'; has pictures of the most beautifully decorated rooms. See ';House Beautiful'; too. Then I find a cheaper way to get the same look on a smaller scale. I look online for discount, outlet, clearance in the area of decorating. Think about faux finishes too. A heck of a lot cheaper. Think textures, patterns, material (silk, satin, marble, cherry wood, wrought iron, iridescent glass tiles, Minka Lavery Lighting, damask, gothic, medieval) Oh, it's so exciting and you can do anything you want, endless choices.

Go to this URL to see what I did. Painted the entire room red first, then painted on the gold, which is semi transparent. I love it and get lots of great comments.

If red is not your thing, try any bold color and add the gold accent. I also have gold-painted tree branches in a vase on the the floor. Its an interesting room.!

Good luck
