If you have bleached blonde hair that hasn't been filled or toned it is possible. The thickness of hair is determined by the number of follicles in your skin and your race=the thickness of the strand. You can't do anything to change that, sorry. Just use a conditioner to condition, they are loaded with all sorts of healthy minerals and such.
