What does it mean when ski manufactures say the ski was made with a powder rocker design?

What does powder rocker mean? What does it mean when ski manufactures say the ski was made with a powder rocker design?
The ski has a reverse camber to it. That means that instead of the ski touching the ground in the tip and tales of the ski, the ski has a flat spot under foot and the ski points upward that the tips and tales. Think water ski. This allows the ski to float on top of the snow and turn very smoothly. Great on powder, Bad on groomers. If your a hiker or spend all your time in the deeps check em out. If your riding at a resort keep looking. What does it mean when ski manufactures say the ski was made with a powder rocker design?
