Since children grow the most between 5 and 13, would it be beneficial for them to be given protein shakes (2 grams per pound of bodyweight) so that their muscles develop better in addition to a healthy balanced diet of carbs, fats, minerals and vitamins? Is it good to give children protein powder?
Well since there are no negative side effects to Protein Powders, and muscles do grow better when given protein, it would be a good idea and would probably allow the child to develop better fit and more muscular. Is it good to give children protein powder?
No...I wouldn't do it.
If they eat normal meals throughout the day, they're
getting plenty of protein.
Milk and eggs are considered the best protein supplements to use.
usually most supplements are recommended to childern i would just feed em better
