yes, you need moisturizer on the face before applying make up. otherwise, the make up is just gonna stick to the skin and not absorb. absorb is what you want. chanel has a good moisturizer.Is it good to apply a moisturizer and then apply powder foundation?

Yes, you just need to give your moisterizer a few minutes to sink into you skin. I do it every morning.
You should always moisturize. Just wait until the moisturizer is completley absorbed into your skin b4 you apply or it will all stick and blotch.
Yeah it is good to exfoliate first, then moisturize with lotion, or aloe vera gel.
yes! in fact u should! you should ALWAYS moisturize before putting on any make up...its good for your skin and it will be easier to take off your make up. wait a few minutes after putting on moisturizer before u put on ur make up though.....let ur skin absorb the good stuff for a bit! =)
Yes, it makes the final look more sheer and even. It also helps it stay on longer because it sticks. Great for dry skin, too.
That depends on what skin type you have. Unless it's oily, it's good to use moisturizer first. I always do and I'm happier with the results.
